We try to ship all goods for next day delivery if possible, however please remember that items can be out of stock with our suppliers. Should we have a delivery problem you will be notified by email or telephone. If an item is out of stock we normally ship within 2 working days of them being received or more becoming available. If for any reason your order cannot be met, i.e. discontinued or withdrawn products you will be notified by email or telephone immediately. All products are shown exclusive of VAT and Shipping. VAT will be added at the shopping basket for all goods destined for UK or EC countries. Additional postage costs apply to deliveries outside the UK, we will confirm any charges by email before charging your card. Most deliveries are carried out using a standard courier, we can however organise a special delivery to be safely with you next day. Postage & Packing charges United Kingdom Our standard UK charge is £2.90 per order which covers all packaging, insurance and recorded delivery. Overseas Postage and packing within the EU is charged at £6-90 per order. The rest of the world Postage and packing to the rest of the World is charged at £12-90 per order. Engraving All watches can be ordered with the Verity logo as shown on the watches. If you would like to personalize a watch for someone special, up to three initials can be inscribed on the dial in place of the logo, either in BLOCK lettering or SCRIPT lettering (), for no extra charge. It is also possible to engrave the back of the watch to mark an anniversary, birthday, retirement or any other occasion. A maximum number of 20 words can be engraved for an extra £20.00 per watch. All watches are delivered to you in an attractive presentation case, and with a twelve month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
